Do not forget!

The goal of the project Ma Bisteren! - Let’s not forget! is to remind the public of the suffering of the Roma during the Second World War.
The Slovak National Museum in Bratislava and the civic association In Minorita carried out the main realization of this project.

The project consists of two separate components. The first of these encompasses the informational and educational character of the project including the exhibition The Romani Holocaust in Slovakia 1939 – 1945 and an interactive educational program for school children. The second part consists of the installation of commemorative plaques in localities where Romani persecutions occurred in the 1939 – 1945 period.
